My Last day at Cruz Rabe Maternity and General HospitalπŸ’—πŸ’•πŸ’Œ

Image
On my last day, we had a short party at our department because it was almost Christmas. I just want to take CRMGH, we made a family, a listened-to buddy staff, friendly nurses, and a happy and memorable experience. Our supervisor gave us a low grade but it's okay we know we did our best to learn and experience the hospital duties.

My Ninth Day✨πŸ’ž

Image
On my ninth day, nothing special we just do our work. We stamp the results and send them to the nurses. We cleaned before our off and did a little help to the information desk

My Eighth DayπŸ€πŸŽ€

Image
On my eighth day working at crmgh, Same working day as usual. The same task involves encoding patient information and giving results. I remember that we helped at the information desk and we went home late.

My Seventh DayπŸ’•✨

Image
On my 7th day, it was just the same cycle and this day we met a kind medtech in the information department, we helped there even though they are not our department (we asked permission first from our department head), and even though we know that they will not give us grades. When we helped there, we realized the information desk was hectic and very busy. How could the information desk be so busy if we were already struggling in our department? When you are in info, there is no lunch. We ate before the end of our time and went home for tomorrow's battle of life (oa).

My Sixth DayπŸ’žπŸŽ€

Image
On my 6th day, the line on the tricycle going to puregold was very long, luckily I got on it early and wasn't late, I cleaned and filled the fill-up sheet and it opened right at 8am and my partner came to the department. At first, there wasn't a patient right away, about half an hour or an hour before there was a patient or sometimes there were so many to the point that we panicked because of the large number and we didn't know who to prioritize. One time we got confused and changed the patient's information but it was resolved immediately. We had a nurse in our department with us, at first she was rude but after a while she was nice. We had lunch inside and took the results after lunch, so sometimes the patient returned to us to get their results. It's 5pm and it's time to go home and rest.

My Fifth Day🀍✨

Image
In our five days as work immersion students at the rabe hospital, it was the same cycle again, but I remember that day we made a mistake in inputting patients' information, at that time we were scolded and the pe nurses went to inform the assigned doctor in our department.

My Fourth DayπŸ’•πŸ’Œ

Image
On my 4th day, I was pretty good at using and inputting patients' information. We ask them for an identification card and ask them to urinate. After giving their urine, they will take a picture and fill in their information. Same cycle every day until we do the work well and we learn something. When we had lunch, we took a 1-hr break to eat at Puregold, went back to work, and went home for dinner around 5pm.

My Third Day πŸ’žπŸŽ€

Image
On the third day, I was assigned to do some encoding work on the laptop. It was a bit challenging at first, but I quickly adapted to the system. I was able to enter patient information accurately and learn more about the hospital's administrative tasks. I meet new friends, people, our co-workers, and also my high school/ elementary friends. The work is tiring but at the same time, it is joyful and exciting.

My Second day✨πŸ’—

Image
By the second day, I felt much more confident and had become a faster worker than on the first day. The nurses continued to support me, and I was able to complete my tasks more efficiently. I was slowly getting the hang of the routine and starting to feel like a real part of the team. We meet my elementary classmate, she also doing a work immersion in the same department. We talked, had a chikas and I learned a lot from her, she's so kind.

My First day as a Work Immersion Student✨πŸ’•

Image
On my first day at the Cruz Rabe Maternity and General Hospital, I was a bit shy and unsure of what to expect. However, as I began interacting with the nurses, I started to feel more comfortable and at ease in my new environment. They patiently guided me through my tasks, teaching me the basics of the work I would be doing during my immersion. On my first day, we failed in the first task, they expected us to know what to do on our first day??!! But it is okay we go there to learn and to adapt tasks easily.
